YEUK online tips

With isolation, working from home and remote support from your Centre Lead or Business Advisor, it can be difficult to ensure everyone in the company is up to date and informed of what is going on.

TIP ONE!
Use ‘YOUR STUDENT COMPANY RESOURCES’ to share documents (e.g. Bank application forms, reports, meeting minutes etc) via YE Online so everyone associated with your company can access that document. Simply upload it on the RESOURCES page (always helpful to date the document beforehand).

TIP TWO!
Add ‘Events and Tasks’ for everyone to see. Choose ‘MY REMINDERS’ from the top toolbar in YE Online and add diary dates for upcoming events and tasks that everyone needs to see and be aware of.

TIP THREE!
Use the ‘MY MESSAGES’ feature, on the top tool bar, to keep in touch with your company members, including your Centre Lead and Business Advisor.

Reminders and messages posted will generate promts to all those with emails on the system.
